The Bay of Plenty Regional Council's Annual Report for the year ended 30 June 2023 reports performance against year two of the 2021–2031 Long Term Plan. It sets out Council's strategic direction, eight strategic priorities and impact areas, Māori participation in decision making, and service performance against the four community outcomes: a healthy environment, freshwater for life, safe and resilient communities, and a vibrant region.
